Thinking Out Loud.....

Just a little story on the fish topic!
I live in central London, right by the river Thames. We have a lot of ducks and swans and geese, but newly arrived here is a lovely Cormorant. I was up just past dawn this morning, and he was diving into the water catching a fish, eating it quickly and then diving for another one! Really adds such a lot of positive energy to life.
Love to all xxxxxxxx
Pretty wonderful to be able to seesomethinbg like that in the middle of my city.
-
Very cool!
-
Virginia I agree little things in life makes us happy. Nice to see you in this thread.
Linda How is DS feeling today?
Kbug we are thinking of you my friend and will be all day. Come home safe.
I will be off to my oncologist at 11;30. Not very happy!!!!!
-
My son is feeling good. He wants to do something. He has a 1/2 day tomorrow so he can ease back into school.
Is this a routine onc appt? They're nerve wracking, aren't they. I will be thinking of both you and Kbug today. I hope all goes well.
Any news from Foots?
-
Yes, its a routine appt. Dont know why they call it routine!!!!!!!!
Foots must be sleeping if she didnt have a DR appt.
-
I just made a grilled cheese sandwich. It's yummy. I have the hungry horrors today.
I hope your appointment is 'routine'!
-
Lindaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa guess what I'm having for dinner tonight.? Yes I bought chineese lunch special. I was thinking and smiling again. My appt was fine blood work, breast exam. Now I wait for the results either tomorrow or Monday because he is off on Friday.
-
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YUMMMMMMMYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Are you pregnant? LOL!! We really need to stop talking about Chineese food. Maybe I will get some this weekend!
I'm happy to hear your appointment went well. Dr.'s should not be allowed to be off on Fridays when you are waiting for results! Now, I wonder how Kbug did?
-
Thats why my next appointment is scheduled first day of the week lol
I dont know how long her treatment was but she should be driving home or home already.
My DR moved to a bigger office in the same building so the nurse gave me the grand tour lol
They have a nice 5 people infusion room now, before it was 2 single rooms thats why I chose to have my chemo in the Hospital right across the street. Don't like sitting all by myself in a windowless room. Anyway I told him if he has any patients that don't have family or friends I would go and volunteer. I meant it and he knows. He thanked me.
I'm feeling little hyper and anxious now. Can you tell? I didn't stop writing. Okay
-
That's normal to feel that way. Maybe half a pill will help. That's a nice idea to help those who don't have anyone. Smart move on your next apointment.
Hi Deb, I know you are reading and can't post so I thought I would say hello! Snow flurries tomorrow!
-
Did take half a pill. Did you mention snow flurries?
Its already dark outside. but it was a pleasant day to walk.
-
I walked too. It was nice. Yes, the weather man said rain for tomorrow that may change to snow flurries overnight. Not what I like!
Hope you are feeling better.
-
I'm here♥ I walk on my breaks at work and the birds are migrating in the marsh/meadow behind the parking lot, what a racket they are making. Robins and Grackels. They better watch out for the resident Red Tail Hawk. He/she will have a feast. I just got home and put in a small meatloaf, I love using the Progresso Garlic and Herb bread crumbs.
I heard Friday, snow flurries, but wait 5 mins and the weather will change. Gotta love New England.
-
OH, gotta joke:
Question:
What do you get when you mix PMS with GPS?
Answer:
A crazy bitch who WILL find you! -

-
OO, OO. another joke:
I heard this one on WROR,
this woman went to he doctors and said to him, "Every time I sneeze I have an orgasm,"
Doctor says, "Oh My, that is strange, what are you taking for it?"
She said, "RAGWEED"
-

KBUG I KNOW YOU MUST BE VERY TIRED, CAN YOU JUST WRITE YOU GOT HOME SAFELY.
-
We miss you Kbug and hope everything went well today.
She had an infusion, right? Any reason they would have to keep her there for the night?
-
I dont think so. She has to drive back for 3 hours. She must be exhausted
I will wait until 11;30.
Linda I know its almost ZZZZZZZZ time for you. Saying good night for now.
-
