Hello, All!

Well, I know with BC I'm supposed to eat fruit and veges and all that, but I just want to say that I just had the most delicious Twix chocolate bar ever...in honor of Halloween or Harvest if you prefer.

YUM.  I just cant help myself...

(PS--I am trying to lose weight and have lost 3 lbs in 3 weeks...very exciting for me!  But the Twix was worth it)

The candy in this house is safe.... as long as it is hidden from DH, the adult children and the animals that is.

We live in the boonies, so trick-or-treaters are probably not going to be visiting us. But, just in case, I bought Twix and Whoppers. My favorite and my husbands!

Oh, Jondy..that's great! LOL...when I shop for the kids, I always buy cookies that I don't particularly care for...and, that is even hard!

Flying Witch One year ago today I moved back to the house I was brought up in.  My mom died of BC 13 1/2 yrs ago and my Dad is in assisted living 1 yr ago.  So my DH and I moved into his house and am renting from him to assist is his rent.

He said he doesnt get any trick or treaters but just in case, I bought 3 bags of my favorite candy, lets make that 2 and a half bags. LOL

I was so disappointed.  This year, due to my hospitalization, my husband had to buy the Halloween candy.  And, he bought skittles and starburst.  No chocolate!  No Three Musketeers or Almond Joy!

Now I'm going to have to raid the boy's candy bucket.

I made the hubby go back and get some "real" candy, the kind kids like (chocolate) because he initially brought home bags of Dots, bubble gum and lollips. Then we ended up stashing the two bags of candy bars for ourselves....and gave the "other" candy to the trick-or-treaters.Sealed

Ha!  I've just got back from my 2nd trip to the store for candy.  I have just been shovelling them in.  I should have known bags of peanut butter cups and snickers wouldn't last the week!  Oink!

Does too much chocolate put you in a bad mood.  I'm ready to snap my DH's head off.  He was going to make a sandwich, and says, "we are out of bread.  WTF, go to the store and get the G.D. bread yourself.

I blame it on the Arimidex.

     Spinning 3D Jack-o-Lantern

Happy Halloween everyone.   Well they're all coming out in hordes in my neighborhood, and I'm starting to run low on candy.   Costume Halloween Trick or Treat Sorcerer

I'm hoping I run out of it soon because I'm eating too much of it!!  Have a great evening all.  My grand kids are coming over after they finish trick or treating.  So my evening will be fun.

    Thank you Patty B!  :)

My 23 year old son came over to help the 12 year old carve pumpkins.  They are doing star trek designs this year, my little geeks.  :)

Yum......... we have plenty chocolate (4 bags) and filler candy (starburst, skittles, etc) - my hubby and daughter had me stash some chocolate for them on the side. Trick or Treaters should start coming by anytime now  - I hope.  Some years we go through tons of candy other years I have to get it out of the house so we don't eat it all up.

I've lost my mind....................... for the first time 27 years I forgot to buy a pumpkin.

Star Trek pumpkins - sounds tricky.

Coolbreeze...we are so Trekkie fans!  We watch a re-run every night, LOL! (but we dont go to the conventions or dress up...not that bad Laughing)

I raided my kids candy bags for all the Twix bars, yum!  Good thing I have 4 kids!  (Actually I only found 2 bars, waaaaa)  Sealed

I really appreciated the fun and fellowship with friends this year!
