My mother has had Breast Cancer now 5 times and now it has moved to her lung. I haven't even cried yet and I'm not sure that I will. Is this normal?

I believe sometimes the initial shock when you find these things out keeps you from crying.  It may be that your body has gone into "nursing" mode.  Which means that your body is putting the problem in front of your feelings, and not allowing you to feel what is really happening.  It is normal, but will subside.  I dealt with that after we found out that my mother (who had been battling breast cancer for 9 years) had no other options for chemotherapy treatments.  Anyway that you deal with this news, is normal for how you deal with it.  There is no "right" or "wrong" way.  Hang in there!
