False postive node?

Has anyone ever had one? Don't want to get my hopes up, but surgeon said spot was very small on flash view, and wasn't sure how I would be staged. Nurse/counselor from cancer program says it is possible it could come out as a false pos in the final path.
On one hand I would be really happy,and would have a better prognosis, on the other hand I would be back to the chemo/no chemo question.

I was still very drugged up, I think I asked him that, and I think he said yes.
Probably making myself nuts, with the waiting.

Still waiting for path, I have PS app on Monday, if BS is there, can get path in person.
I am really worried I will freeze up on phone and not ask questions. Also want to see the whites of his eyes! I am worried they did not do oncotype, because is apparently only for node neg?
