Help Me Get Motivated

 I have a new project at work and I just can't seem to get motivated.  The deadline is fast approaching.  Also, my house is a total wreck and I'm not exaggerating.  I see the mess and know I need to do something but I just sit and stare at it.  What is wrong with me and why can't I get off my lazy bubushka and get it done.  I'm so very frustrated.  Does anyone ever get into a rut or whatever you want to call it like this and if so, how do you get out of it?

    LOL, well, Darlin', join the club!   there is a whole huge group of us, just ck out the thread "can''t get my act together" down a few spaces.

    You will see many many of us who mirror your feelings and help make you feel a whole lot better.  YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!

    HeeHee.  I think KAK was right when she told me she thinks it is PTSD.  I know I used to be religious about doing my bank statements but now I do them about every year and a half! 

    I figure, it'll be there.  Everything gets done "just in time."  Maybe I need to go for a nice, long walk and get my blood rolling!
