surgeon recommendation in Toronto area

Can someone recommend a PS surgeon in Toronto (or within a few hours of Toronto) who did their reconstructive surgery & implant? In addition, if you know of anyone who you would definitely not recommend, that would be a help too (although I guess you might want to PM me with that info rather than posting in on the forum). I feel my non-confidence in my surgeon is causing me to just want to have my TE removed and perhaps if I find a referred plastic surgeon who has achieved good results, I may find myself being able to move forward with more confidence.
