Hey Paula, it's good to see you. How's those grandyungins? You and Arnie should get ya'll younguns togther sometime...hehe
MUM....I decided not to reconstruct either. I'm VERY happy with my decision. I've just recently ordered a few more camisoles and forms for them. I like www.tlcdirect.org. I ordered the spaghetti strap camisole with the lace across the front. They're really comfortable.
Have you heard back from your path report? Or maybe you said, and I just didn't "click". Anyway, I sure hopee you're feeling ok. No lifting way over your head, make sure you strip those tubes going into the drains....I'm sure you're a pro at this by now.
Hope all you other Escapees are doing ok!!!
I worked all day today, so I'm a little behind with what's going on.
Maybe we can all escape this weekend. Let's think of a nice place we can all meet and enjoy each other's company. Any ideas?
-
Coonie thankyou for the website I will order a few camies as well.I don't have my follow up Appt yet for another week then I should have my pathology by then.I just hope it is all clear the idea of more chemo really scares me. Today here is the cibcrun for the cure.Next year I intend to be fit enough to join in with my daughter.Something to work for.
My only escape this weekend will be my computer what is everyone else up to?
-
Good morning Escapees!!! It's been a good Saturday so far. My DH and I are taking off the next 4 weekends. We usually work Monday-Saturday, so we don't have time to do anything on weekends. So, DH and I went bike riding this morning....rode 7 miles....that's good for me:) I'm kind of a slacker:) We rode to our local Sonic and got a big ole Diet Coke and took a break.
Mum----I'm sure everything will be good and you can get on with living life again!!!
Everybody's quiet today. Maybe they've escaped!!
((((hugs to all of you))))
-
Whooohoooohoooooo Coonie. Seven miles. That's awesome!!!! I'm so proud of you.
My sister & BIL are currently up at our little WI hide-away, they flew from our digs there to the wedding & then back to WI. Anyhow, she congratulated me at the wedding.
I thought that she was talking about the event, the bride, the happiness.
And she squeeled (an actual squeel) and said Nooooooooo, I'm congratulating you for riding your bike on those hills up there. Those are some serious hills to be riding.
I just smiled -- even wider.
Keep those pedals turning.
So your DH has a bike now, too??
Mum sending you some non-bonkers distractions for the day.
Checkum, where are ya girl friend??
Hugs all around.
Today I'm escaping into my loveseat & laptop. That's it.
