    This has always been Amber's domain so I have tried to stay away until now.  I have been so touched by the love you all have for each other.  I am greatful for the love, kindness, and thoughtfulness of Amber's "sisters" on bc.org.  Amber took a sudden step in her seemingly slow walk toward ultimately winning the battle over cancer and overcoming this world.  She had quite a struggle physically on Tuesday and Wednesday but is now comfortable.  Her hospice nurse told me she has maybe a couple of days.  Her path to this point has been marked by many miracles great and small.  Please join our family in praying for one more that takes her peacefully from this life without further struggle.   I believe she has truly fought the good fight, has finished her course, and has kept the faith.  What more can be said for a life well lived, used to its fullest, and devoted to the Lord?

    I have been away from the boards for awhile and had no clue this post was here.  I had been reading Amber's blog and looking at the pictures of your beautiful family.  Amber is the most beautiful person inside and out that I have ever met!  I have prayed for Amber and have thought of her alot since I knew whe chose the hospice path.  I know she made a very good choice for her and your family.  I  can imagine this must be terribly hard on you but know God is waiting for her in his loving arms.  Please tell Amber I love her and am praying for peace for her.

    Lifting Amber up in prayer . . . please let her be comfortable, pain free and make her journey an easy one.  

    Prayers and warm wishes to Amber's beautiful family - those gorgeous children will know what a special, wonderful and loving mother they had and she will stay with them always.  Amber's husband - you have taken such great care of Amber and you will have her love with you always.

    What a brave decision - I am in awe of your grace and clarity. You are teaching me so much about living, and the person I can only aspire to be right now. My prayers will be with you every day. I am so glad that you are surrounded by the love of your family, and god. You will be in my heart.

    I'm so glad that Amber had this time to enjoy her family without the stress and burden of treatment.  Praying that her remaining time is peaceful and painfree, surrounded by the love of her family and friends.

    My prayers and thoughts are with Amber and her family.  She truly is a beautiful woman.
