slept well ate well what else

i planned on shopping but no

rest for me bundled watching soaps

Vilma hugs and rest sending prayers

I am draggy today I nappped

white as sheets and I know

I need blood levels done am

my hemoglobin and hematocrit are low

not enough iron in my diet
