Toasted Wheat Germ

Options

Is anyone adding Toasted Wheatgerm to their food?  I do not want to take supplements to get the vitamin and mineral benefits of wheat germ, but I am ER+ and PR+ and am concerned that it will not be good for me to take.  Any input is appreciated.  Thank you.

Toasted Wheatgerm is a great source of vitamin E and some B vitamins, fiber, etc. I LOVE it and use it quite a bit on a day to day basis. It's great on top of cereal (both cold and hot), added to protein shakes, added to baked goods like homemade granola bars, oatmeal cookies, bran muffins, as a binder in turkey meatloaf, etc.

I have never heard that it is bad for us ER+ PR+ gals. Have you read that somewhere?
