I told my friend there is times I cant sleep cause my mind is so busy. I said if my thoughts would just sit down and shut up then I can sleep. lol

What can we do this week to light up someones day?

Send 'em a note card via real mail.
Call 'em on the phone and chat for a few.
Go all out and send 'em some flowers via delivery.
Stop by their house if you are close enough and visit for a few.
Find a book. paper. magazine that person likes and go on over and sit for a half hour or an hour and read to them if they are unable to hold things to read.
That's one of my favs to do.

I try to call shut ins a couple days a week. We forget it is lousey to feel left out. If I dont call some of these dear people as often they worry about me. I ask about there families and let them talk away as long as they need to.
