I live in small town with two stop lights. I remember when there was none.

Please go back one page and answer. We posted at the same time.

No coffee tonight yet may soon. I am kinda hyper i sent email to uso in okinawa. they will do a Birthday cake for my marines bday for 25 bucks and get a pic for me. I have to find out a lil more info what building he will be at that day .I am trying to be sneeky .
-
Do you have another son there?
-
I have one son there. Other two sons not in military
-
-
My small town has one set of lights onthe outskirts of town. No supermarket, no fast food, nothing!! Kind of like it nice and quiet.
Happy Brthday to your son. Sounds llike a great way to spend twenty five dollars.
-
Last year he was in Korea so couldnt do it. I am proud of all of my kids and grands.
How close is nearest grocery store to you? You are a country girl.
-
Red Rover Red Rover send FOOTS right over.
-
Where I live is very quiet. Its just close to Main Street which I like.
Next street has 2 senior citizen buildings. An elderly man shot and killed his wife. Mercy Killing because wife was very sick and they were married over 50 years. Nobody has the right to kill someone but it makes me so sad. He is in jail now. It was all over the news.
-
There's one in the next town over. Not a tiny town but small. About 8,000 people. The town I grew up in was about 40,000, so this is small to me!
I agree: Red Rover Red Rover send Foots right over! (Unless she's resting comfortably, then we she leave her be!) We miss you Foots!
-
That is so sad. Many killings on news now days.
Maybe Foots is resting which is good for her.
Our school is 1a size. When my dd graduated two years ago was only like 135 maybe in class.I like the small town feel.
-
What is1a size
-
it is smallest size school has maybe 600 in high school maybe
-

I just watched something I taped at 9, had a glass of nice cold apple juice, its drizzling so my plants are safe. Soon I have to bring them in.
Story time- about 4 years ago July 2005 the morning of my first chemo I planted lemon seeds ( did them before and they really grow) for good luck or something like that, when it didn't sprout i was disappointed. Couple weeks later i took grapefruit seeds from the fruit itself i planted that thing started to sprout like crazy. Summer months it goes outdoors and when temp falls below 50 i bring it in. This plant has such a special place in my heart because it started to grow since my dx. Its over 3ft now. Every time a new bunch of leaves come out now it represents also you good people i met in these boards.
It is very healthy probably if i lived in a warmer climate i would have fruit now. I thought I should share my miracle plant and what represents to me
-
Oh miracle plant it is. I love to hear things like this.
-
I am off to bed soon. God bless sleep well all may you wake refreshed.
-
I don't know how post pictures otherwise I would have taken a picture and show it to you.
Only thing I can do change my Avatar pic. Christine my daughter explained it to me still it took couple of hours to do it. If someone has patience to show it to me will learn, maybe when she comes at Xmas will do it. MY older daughter doesn't have much patience, she shows something but you don't grasp it first time forget about it. I have a very close relationship with her but when i am rushed into something I freeze.
Do you know once we did a small grocery shopping together. It took less than 30 minutes driving, shopping and come home. I was drained. She is funny. She always says to me <MOM> just get what we came for. Don't look around.
-
Good night friend. We need our sleep.
-
My dd went shopping today told me what she bought. She bought some tops and said mom you might be able to wear the type. I have to try on tops to make sure you dont see mast scar side. I did not have recon and my scar is deep and high. I said well I will try yours on see if will work then may go get me some. She said that will work .DUH lol
-
Love the story about your grapefruit plant!
-
I'm having my coffee now so I can think straight.
Day 3 all the symptoms disappeared. Now I can start believing that it was a bruise. Still careful.
I hope everybody feeling okay. Should I still see the BS or cancel it. Its on October9th???????
-
Keep the appt in case. Cant hurt to do that. I am so glad that you are better. Good news is always welcome.
-
I'd keep it. What if the symptoms come back in a week? I am also glad you are feeling better!
-
Thanks Girls.
Today it was suppose to be a walk day. But it is so humid Im thinking to put the air on if doesnt get better soon.
-
The air is starting to dry out now, I can feel the difference in the air. Hope it goes your way soon. I hate walking when it's humid!
-
It's a beautiful sunny day here is Vancouver British Columbia.
