You'll never guess what I've just done! I have signed up for Les Mills BOOBCAMP - a four week fitness programme that is a competition where fifteen teams of eight (including a team of celebrities) strive to win - while raising as much money as possible (Goal is $100k) along the way for research into breast cancer.

All proceeds will go to the Breast Cancer Research Trust, hence the enticing new name of BOOBCAMP.

Breast cancer in New Zealand is at epidemic proportions five years ago 1 in 10 women would be diagnosed now this is 1 in 8. The lives of over 660 New Zealand women of all ages are being lost every year and over 2,600 women are diagnosed each year. In partnership with the New Zealand community, the Breast Cancer Research Trust is committed to searching for radical results for a new, brighter future, free of the fear of breast cancer its goal is to find a cure by 2018, and I have a taken a small step by joining Les Mills BOOBCAMP, the next step is to encourage you to help me on my fundraising endeavour.
