Hi Linda
-
How are you? Do anything fun today?
-
I was a couch potato and thats no fun
-
I went to sleep about 2 lol. I have to go to bed early tonight have to leave at 5:30.
-
I went on a long 4 mile walk while my son was at soccer practice. Sometimes I'd rather be a couch potato! Do you ever go for walks?
-
Kbug, where are you going?
-
go for onc visit and labs and zometa
-
Oh, I was hoping you were doing something a little more fun. I hope it all goes well for you. I'll be thinking of you.
Have anyone seen Debbie?
-
Walking is my number one exercise and i enjoy it. 4 mile is little too much for me. Can do it but not every day. She was here last night.
-
I try to do it everyday not 4 miles everyday but at least 2. The tamoxifen has made me have a squishy middle!
-
Good Morning all. A miracle happened to me this morning. I was awake at 7.
Today i will walk. Linda I Really felt guilty when I read about your 4 mile walk.
Have a pleasant day everyone.
Kbug come home safely.

Good morning! I have to get up at 5:45 to get my kids ready for school. I would like to sleep till 8!! Don't feel guily about my 4 mile walk. I only do that when I m at my sons soccer practices because there is a track that goes around the soccer fields. It keeps me busy and I can still watch him practice.
Good luck today Kbug!!
-
Just got back from my walk. Is that where you all are today?
-
I keep getting page error, it is very irritating, anyone else getting this?
-
What is page error?
Linda...I was out almost all day today. I really enjoyed my walk and everything else I had to do.
Is it cold there? I'm freezing here. Never liked the cool or cold weather.
I live in a coop when temps go under 55 we get heat. Maybe tonight is the night.
Kbug are you home yet.?
I'm taping Survivor just in case. I cant wait to see how US Samoa Islands in the middle of nowhere will be like. For me any island , nature, ocean is beautiful.
-
I just got back from my after dinner walk. It's about 55 -60 cool but perfect walking weather. I'm always hot now, think it's the tamoxifen. I used to always be cold. I too, love islands!
I'm curious about Kbug too. Hope it wet well.
Hi Debbie, are you watching us? We miss you!
-
Are you walking day time and night time?
I take Femara and no side effects. Its not that I want them but on cool nights like tonight would have been nice to have a mild hot flush. hahahahahahahahaha
-
Yes, I walk while the kids are in school and then DH and I walk to gether after dinner. The kids are finally old enough to stay home alone so we get to enjoy some time alone on our walk.
I wish I could switch to other rx's, but I haven't hit menopause yet...........boo hoo....... Tamox is the only option.
-
Most women on these boards they get SE from Femara, bone and joint pain, hot flushes. Who knows maybe I am not normal?????? I was 8 months post M when was DX age 53.
Isn't it nice when you can leave the children home and enjoy a quiet evening?
-
Well, I can't really leave them alone for that long, they would kill each other. 14 and 10, both boys, 10 year old is the same size as the 14 year old. The start arguing, which turns into a fight, etc. I am very uncomfortable leaving them for more than an hour.
Glad you don't have the side effects. Mine were worse for the forst 6 months and seem to be tapering off now. Still, I am hot all the time.
-
Good Night foots. Missed you here.
Good Night Linda. Good Night kbug.
-
Good Morning Everyone. I hope you all slept well.
Kbug, any news? I have been thinking about you. Are you hiding somewhere with Foots??
It looks like it's going to be a beautiful day Sheila, but it's only 46 here!! It will warm up. The bus stop will be cold!
-
