Just cut in half add butter
Salt, pepper and some nutmeg too
Pop in the oven 350 degrees
Half way through spoon melted butter
That has collected in each half
Very simple and also very delicious!

Visitors from California wanted pastrami sandwich
Of course, I ate one myself
Now feel guilty again oh my!

was told yesterday its not back

ago for about 9 months then
had my colon resection done thankfully
i had a colon rupture grrrr
