Foots, lost this thread by mistake from my favorites but now it's back.  But, you wer never lost from my prayers and thoughts.  Hope all is relatively okay for you and wishing for increased strength and lowered pain.  Please don't be discouraged but give it all to God.  He is always by your side, holding you when you think you can't go on.

Foots, thinking about you and hope you were able to get a decent nights sleep.  If your weather is like ours here today it's a perfect day to stay inside but if you do, put on some uplifting music and dance (even a little) as that will get the endorphins flowing and boost the spirit.
