    The girl in the pic was Arri Up -- a British punk rocker in the late 70's and early 80's. Played in a band called The Slits. A lot of those British punks had made-up names, like "Polly Styrene" -- "Arri Up" kind of named herself after a certain pronunciation of "hurry up"!
