Hi ladies...I haven't seen a thread for this season so I thought I'd get one going! It was so much fun checking in with everyone and "trash" talking about our teams last season! Even as I sit and type my Redskins are getting pummeld by the Jaguars!

Let's get the tailgate party started :)

My tailgate is loaded with hot wings, ranch dip, and BBQ -- of course the beer is cold on ice and the portable TV's battery is just ramped up.  Since I cannot afford the price of tickets to the big teams, and even the college teams are costing an arm and a leg, we can only send one family member to a game.  the rest party in the parking lot.

OK< I'm kidding.  but the cost of sports events is way out of line for family fun, IMO.

Here's to winning a lottery and getting a box from one of the big corp. who spend all the money on the games.  I'll try for the Cowboys (loyalty)(dh is from Texas, Vols(I live here), and Longhorns(dh went there).  OK, Indie and Peyton Manning is my guy,  Titans don't really turn me on: they have too many players with mug shots.  Of course the Vols did too, in the past, but the new coach(is he weaned yet?) moved out the guys with the longest police records.

I can't wait for the munchies.  It not about who wins or looses.  It's all about the food.  I love watching.  Everyone takes turns hosting game parties, yuummmmm!     Angel
