I really hate wearing a t-shirt over a mastectomy sports bra.  Isn't there any company doing cute  tops with pockets for the prosthesis?   I cannot imagine that there would not be a market for that.

       Not sure if this will pan out but try Road Runner Sports online- I found Moving Comfort running bras there with prosthesis pockets. The Company is owned by women and very sensitive to the subject. Maybe you can give them feedback that they'll be open to.
     
       You could also try a local tailor who may be able to custom sew in pockets for you.

    Still You sells tank tops with pockets for a prosthesis.

    I always love the Lululemon brand sports bras, but they are expensive.  Their bras and workout tops come with padding that you can leave in or take out, and during my expansion process after my mastectomy, I used the little inserts from the bras as my protheses.  I still use them now, post-exchange, to protect my implants, and they work really well.
