Thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers. 

holli - I love that poem.  It was sent to Deb a while ago, and we have had it posted on our fridge (still there).  It is so absolutely true.

As a family, we have had up and down days, but as we get back into the swing of life (the kids started school last week, and I hired an au pair to take care of our 3-year old, JP), it is getting easier to cope.

Deb will never be forgotten and will always be a presence in our lives.

Please keep fighting this thing!  I am with you, and all of you remain in our nightly prayers.
