ILC -- now ALH? Should I be worried?

I had ILC in my left breast: mastectomy followed by chemo and rads. This week, I had a prophylactic mastectomy and the path report shows multiple spots of Atypical Lobular Hyperplasia (ALH).
I'm a little concerned: shouldn't the chemo have knocked out the ALH? Now I'm wondering what else the chemo didn't get?

Chemo only works on invasive cancer. It wouldn't have an effect on ALH.
