    This is one of my favorite spots in San Diego to sit and watch the waterlife along with the roses..

    OMGoodness. There's actually hope on the horizon for my laptop.

    We got the external drive and moved all my pics onto it & it's opened up a third of the space & power & memory.

    Now we're defragging.

    Don't I sound like I know what I'm talking about, LOL.

    I'm on DH's highpoweredfasterthanaspeedingplane of a machine. WOW.

    We're off to one of my favorite galleries that's opening a new show today, from their we'll catch a bit of dinner and then on to our favorite night of the sesason: song & dance show...... always a highlight!!!

    Isn't it fun to watch the shore birds? My Dh always wants me to walk slowly towards them so he can get a inflight shot.I hate to disturb them.

    MUM You are making me Hungry.....MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMI love Seafood.....In fact my DH loves it too.....but many birthdays ago for him it put him in the Er with a Major Anaphalactic Allergic reaction.....& then my 10 year old son had real nice Hives 6 months ago from a Crab Dip!!!! No fun at all because I feel guilty when I want to eat it!!!!

    Lisa....I am not sure which Way....East or West....I guess they settled for meeting in the middle! Wink

    GOOD MORNING, Beachie Babes of Beauty.

    My computer's been defragging for over 12 hours & it appears to have just gotten started. YIKES.



    Now that I've learned how to turn on DH's desktop, I may never go back. LOL.



    The show last night was as fantastic as we've come to expect. It's a troupe of 20 singers & dancers, backed up by a stage band of 13. They tour all summer & typically make it this far north for one performance. It was spectacular. The soloists all hit home runs. The costumes incredible. But the choreography is truly what sets this apart. Such energy, such enthusiasm. Such amazing ability.

    Sure wish that I could bottle it up & savor in mid-winter.



    Hope that everyone has something fun on the agenda for today.



    Welcome back home, Coonie. Do you still have sand in every pocket?



    Footie.... sounds like you need an entire pitcher of lemonade. Maybe we can find someone 'fitting' to serve it to you. I'll go look in a bit.

    I've actually done some "work" today...... the dreaded paperWORK!



    Plus I rode my bike for a little 15 mile jaunt -- actually I ended up taking more pictures than miles, but it's a glorious day here. After a few days of rain this sunshine is so welcome.



    Coonie. After ya get her to get ya onto Picassa -- have her enroll ya over at Facebook, too!!



    I have an album of pictures that are only there (not on my blog) and I'd love for you to be able to see them..... just saying. You don't have to put any pictures up, if you don't want. LOL.



    If you don't want an FB account, go thru hers -- have her friend me & then you can see the album I'm talking about. I added about 10 pics last night: "Riding for the Cure."



    Sharon, I saw your FB account the other day & attempted to say hi -- but couldn't make it work. You should start over again.



    I just got my blog onto their networked area & I'm so proud to have figured that out on my own. LOL.



    we're taking the motorcycle up the coast.

    Mum. Our ride yesterday was just exhilerating. Already just tilting toward fall.... you can feel it in the air as you go whipping down the country lanes, or follow the coast of the bay.

    Here's the sunset that was at the end of our block, upon returning home:

    Hugs to beach babes everywhere...... walking along or just reading.
