vitamin D - in liquid form

Options

Ladies,

I just felt like sharing my Vit D story thingking that ther MUST be someone just like me out there!  I am not a 'successful' pill taker. I prefer to crush my pills if i must take any.  So when my vit D tested 13 i needed to get it up.  I was rx'd the 50 000 pills (1/wk for 2 months) but couldn't take or crush those.  So i was told to start at 2000 /day  otc and i was crushing pills (really inconvenient).  Needless to say i forgot alot.  My next screening showed vit D up to 18 with very sparsely taking these pills.  Well i found the perfect liquid form Vit D3 sold by PURE ENCAPSULATIONS.  It it literally two drops a day ( not 2 droppers, really two drops)  My Vit D levels are currently 60.  I did this 2000 /day for about 5 months before being tested again.  Just thought i would share what i think is the best and most potent vitamin D supplement i've found out there...  They are all natural without fillers or preservatives...

hope this helps someone!

Thank you LIttleflower, this may help me a lot. Coiincidentally, today I went online to order more Vit D and the liquid form kept popping up as an option. I'd never seen it before today Now, it's not the same name brand as yours, it's also pricier than the pill form but if it works better, I want to try it. I've been having a dickens of a time trying to get my D levels up and I don't even have a problem swallowing the pills. I think, about 2 years ago my level was in the low 30s and then I started taking 5000-7500 IUs daily for a year and it didn't budge, then I did the tanning, the 50,000IUs for 8 weeks twice and it went up to low 40s. But once I started taking about 2000IUs daily for maintainence, my new results showed it back down to 31!! Arrrg! So I thank you for posting~it's surely worth a try!
