Black hair oils (products) and cancer

I wondered if there was a link, so I googled. Here's a discussion I found and I wanted to share.

    I hadn't read before that this could be a problem, but I wouldn't doubt it.  Now that I have been diagnosed with kidney cancer, I wash my hair with Dr. Bonner's castile soap with almond oil or lavender oil, and I condition with pure coconut oil.  I use coconut oil instead of lotion, as well.  It goes on a little oily at first, but your body soaks it in quickly and the dryness doesn't come back all day.
