OK Im scared...
I dont really want to gross anyone out but here's whats happening to me for a few weeks. Everytime I eat with in 30 mins I have to go the bathroom....sometimes even if I dont eat and its usually diarreha or very soft. Here's the part that really bothers me, when I wipe...its yellowish. Like bile maybe? I dont know. Of course Im terrified its my liver....and now Im terrified I might be having a reoccurance. I see my doctor in 3 weeks but I might really have a meltdown before that. Is this a symptom of liver mets?

So sorry this is happening to you. I don't know if that's liver mets but the same thing happens to me if I eat something I'm allergic to or am around an environmental allergen that I'm really sensitive to. Somehow having my poop be such a problem feels completely unacceptable.
I think stool become whitish or clay colored when the liver stops working properly. Sounds more like a colon issue. Of course, the more scared you are the more it affects the gut. Well, mine does so I assume everybody's does too. Have you been camping or eaten in a restaurant? There are different infections you can get that do this but usually you feel pretty sick. I've been thinking out loud here but all that to say there are a lot of things that can cause this besides a recurrance.
Once bc, it's too easy to see anything unexpected through those particular unrosy colored lenses.
Can you get in to see your doc any sooner? Call and explain what waiting is doing to you. Maybe the doc can order some bloodwork or stool samples so the results are in before your appointment.
Good luck

I think usually liver mets don't show problem with the "bathroom" thing, as far as I read on internet, sympotoms don't mention any yellowish stool but yellowish in the skin or eye white. It maybe some digestion issue.

Thank you guys. My doctor thinks its probably IBS or from acid reflux. Im sure my nerves are making it worse.
Thanks again.

Teresa have you had your gall bladder removed? If not then it could be diseased gall bladder too...I had gotten to where I had severre diarrhea any time I ate anything....It would go straight through even water at the end......I now have IBS and I have the yellowish green in my bm's too.......If it wasn't one thing it would be another with this freaking disease!.....

It would be good to talk to your doctor but it is probalby "one of those" things...chemo can do a lot to yourdigestive system...add in stress and everything else and its a wonder we function at all somedays!

I have IBS which is affected by my nerves. It's one of the reasons I continue to take lexapro which helps a lot. I'm also gluten intolerant so I have to be careful not to eat very much wheat. Chemo also affected my bowels. I'll fluctuate from diarrhea to constipation but, by watching my diet and my nerves I keep it pretty much under control.

Hi again,
My doctors dont seem to concerned. They say its probably IBS. I am trying to keep my nerves in check and watch what I eat. I have lab friday and then see the Onc Dr on the next friday (3 month check up), which always stress me out....Im sure you all can relate. Then I have my exchange surgery on the 31st. LOL I guess I have alot on my plate.
Thank you for asking about me.
