Brain mets?? Symptoms?? Help!!!

I have been having SHARP pain behind my left ear for over 2 months and am worried the cancer spread to my brain. For all of you with brain mets, what were your symptoms like? My right arm is constantly having the fallen asleep feeling from the shoulder down to my fingertips. Not sure if that is more neuropathy from the taxol which i finished march 23rd.

    My Mom had breast cancer that metastasized to the brain and her first symptoms were a tingeling in her left hand and arm.  She described it as a "pins and needles" sensation.  However, the same can be true with neuropathy.  Everyone has different symptoms.  Headaches are also a common symptom, but those can also mean other things too.  I would not worry, but I would go ahead and call your MD and tell him or her what is going on.  It's always best to get something checked out..it's probably nothing..but at least you can get the worry off your chest by getting a scan if need be.
