Is there a possibility to have distant mets with negative ALN??

Hello Ladies,

Have You ever heard about something like that, about having M1 with negative axillary lymph nodes?? I'm waiting for my routine CT scans now and i'm going crazy..Frown

    Dear sylwiamolik,

    It is possible, but not very common, especially with your tumor  - node negative, < 1 cm, and only grade 2 (grade 3 is typical for Her2+).  Waiting is the most difficult time.  I remember going crazy at well.  However odds are in your favor.

    It may help to ask your doctor  for something to help you sleep so you get at least a few hours of peace each night while you wait.  I remember that miserable time and feel for you.
