Tingling in one leg/arm

Options

Having an MRI of Lumbar and Thorasic spine monday. Have any of you dx with bone mets had this strange symptom? I am hoping it is just a pinched nerve. Tingling mostly in my foot and lower leg and occasionaly in my right arm. Had CT scan of head today, that was clear. I have a sore hip/lower back. I guess that fear never goes away. I am only 11 months out from original dx. You ladies are amazing that are going through this again many years later.

    Dear Strongmom37,

I had numbness that came and went in the area of my upper back (just below shoulder blade on left side) - seemed to be bothered by me doing too much housework, sitting over computer for too long, etc.  I ended up having MRI in  March that showed 4 herniated discs in the T3-T8 region of my spine.  Might have been impacted by mets in my spine, but physical therapist said he saw that in a lot of people who didn't have cancer, but worked hunched over too much - he worked on strengthening my muscles in my back to take the pressure off the herniated discs.  It really has helped.

With lower leg/foot, maybe it is sciatic nerve?  I hope that you find out from you MRI that it is a pinched nerve - Ask if physical therapy might help -

    Becky
