Mom Passed away :(
Today my mom went home to see Jesus, it was so peaceful but so sad because she is not with me in the flesh but in sprit only. Today and the next few days will be hard but with God and my friends at some point it will be okay.

ddoyle - I looked back over your previous posts and see that you have been a wonderfully caring and attentive daughter. You gave your Mom what she needed in the final stage of her life and I know that meant the world to her.
Big love to you and best wishes for the journey you now face. You are not alone.

Ddoyle, condolences to you and your family.
You are correct and she is now with the Father; no more pain or tears. For you, that knowledge gives you comfort and peace as well. God is awesome in that He walks each step of the way with us and carries us when we think we cannot go on.
Blessings.

I made it through the first 24 hours. But what a night, I'm staying at my best friends house and I was able to sleep (this is something I haven't done in a while) but I kept waking up feeling like I need to find my mom, someone stole her from me and I start walking around my friends house looking for her and then it hits me she is not here on this earth anymore and then the tears come. I still can't believe she is gone my heart gets it but my brain says I need to go home and take care of her ( I was her caregiver). Everyone please pray for me, I need all the prayers I can get right now.

Dear Heavenly Father, please watch over our friend ddoyle......As You know she is hurting right now and needs comfort......Lord wrap Your loving arms around her and make her feel better...Let her remember the good times and the laughter she shared with her dear mother.......Please send someone to hold her and comfort her........Lord though You all things are possible and I thank You dear Lord for making this so.......In the name of the Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit...Amen
Sweet sisters, ddoyle has given me permission to share her addy with you all...Please PM me and I will gladly share.......Maybe we could send her a hugaghan too so she can feel all the love form us all.........
Ddoyle, please PM me with arrangements to send flowers......

I lost my mom last Thursday at the age of 63 to this dreadful disease. I feel every feeling you are having right now and it is so hard. Last Thursday is and most likely will be the worst day of my life. I don't know how I am going to get past this. Please know that you are not alone and always feel free to PM me if you want. Take care of yourself.

I wanted to say thank you to everyone. The past week or so has been really hard but with God all things are possible. My moms funeral was last Monday the 20th which is strange since she became a Christan July 19th 1989 and I became a Christan on the 20th of the same month and year. So I guess my mom got the ultimate gift for her spiritual birthday and that was to be with God himself. I had my aunt here with me for about four days and she helped me reorganize the house and make it mine which was great. I'm not sure what tomorrow holds or even what today holds but I trust that everything is in God's hands and with him all things are possible.
Once again I want to say thank you for all the support that you guys have given me especially when I needed it the most. May God richly bless each and everyone of you.

I am so sorry, my mom passed away on March 26, 2009. I know she is in a better place now....no longer in pain. But, I still miss her, especially today because today would have been her 70th birthday. I miss my mom!
