I'd like to escape under this umbrella for the day.....

-
........or maybe way up here

-
I'll join ya on the beach coonie...lol Not on the Ferris Wheel though...YIKES!!! I loved roller coasters and all kinds of rides...but for some reason my stomach could never handle the ferris wheel...lol

-
Ohhhhh Arnie.......now you're scaring me. I can't do rollercoasters. Talk about tummy trouble!! Whewwww......you sure wouldn't want to be sitting in front of me........hehe
Edit to add pic at top of page............wonder if Checkum is gonna wear pink socks and pink tennis shoes for the walk........

-
Good morning ladies.....Coonie I am with you!....I don't do coasters either!......YIKES!.........Off to finally go bike riding with dh......Wish me luck as I haven't been for awhile..........
-
Checkum is it too late to send a pennant??.......I still don't have mine done!......
-
Lucy, maybe you need to put your training wheels back on just in case......hehe
I'd probably fall flat on my face

-

Ok...holly sending these super duper federal express....

-
Why are my pics soooooooooo big this a.m.???? YIKES
-
I dunno Arnie...........maybe you are 'disconnected'.............. (they aren't that big.)
We got rain.........no need for a sun umbrella today.
-
So here is the plan. One of the guys at work is going to print the logo for Foob Fighters on a piece of fabric large enough to cover the tent. I am going to pin all of the pennants to that with the logo in the middle.... it will look GREAT thanks to all of you I promise (((HUGS))))
I am laughing at all of the cheerleaders .... busy busy today ... we got rid of all of the mud in the cow pen and built up the inside of the stall so the rain doesn't run in... much better

-
HollyAnn it isn't to late -- as long as I have them by the 22nd. The more the prettier!

-
A little Coonie love....

-
Hahahah Arnie, no not at all! But sheesh, if you call again and I'm not here I didn't want you to take offence. As soon as I get my tea drunk, the laundry hug out and my arm done........we're off to the wild blue yonder. I like your pic better!!! We'll be home early afternoon.........OR right now! Now THAT is a hint
. -
Have a wonderful day Sharon and all you Escapees....
Welcome home Linda!!!
-
Escape of the early morning: my bicycle.
Did ya hear? I now have a kickstand...... it's a seriously big thrill after 2 years of riding without one. Marvelous, simply marvelous.
Life is all in the flourishes, the details, the accessories.
(Speaking of accessories: I own those pink tennis shoes above, and frequently wear them with my power pink tights. Seriously Coonie. EEEEeeerily close to my closet that time! I may need to start taking pics of my feet, now. LOL)
-
-
Have fun Faith!!! -
I'm escaping to the laundry room today. I have so much to do I could hide under the huge pile and no one would find me!
Hope you are all having a great escape!
-
Dh and I had a lovely escape today. Went for a drive and ended up in a small town not too far from home. Found a wonderful restaurant for lunch (thanks to a local who I asked where would she eat) and then toured a few of the little shops. Came home and had a nap. Escaping is quite exhausting
and such fun. We've begun reaping the benefit of our little veggie garden. Spring mix (salad greens), snow peas and some cabbage on our menu tonight. It was our garden veggies that kept me 'regular' during chemo. It provided the magic potion for sure.
Anyway, I don't want to be all gushy but we had an enchanted day. It does feel wonderful especially when there have been so many of those days when one wonders if life will ever hold joy again. Today I am blessed. May some of that blessing escape to you all.
Gentle hugs.

-
I wish I could escape to a rock garden..does anyone have a good one...
