Last week after my mom's Lumpectomy, the doctor informed us that they removed it all from the breast and no lymph node involvement. We were so excited.. After meeting with the doctor this week to go over her treatment plan, he informed us that she is triple negative and they also found a spot in her liver and wants to send her for an MRI.. My mom has a condition called Fatty Liver, and the doctor informed us the spot can be due to that.. I am just so worried!! We have to wait 2 weeks to finf out.. It saddens me that my mom is scared, and there is nothing that I can do. Has anyone else been in the same situation?

    Hello LuvMymama:

I know that it will take sometime to take all of this in right now but no matter what keep the faith and keep praying.

I have an aunt who has breast cancer and then later found out that cancer has spread to her liver with radiation and chemo, she is now doing well.

    Hello LuvmyMamma

I  can relate to what your going through, what I can tell you is keep the faith, strengh, and that will keep the healing process much easier. I'm triple negative and had a pet scan that showed it spreaded to the chest wall area, and nodes. but I'm on chemo and doctor said it's working and when i had a another petscan and it showed i had a spot on the lung, but I'm continuing chemo cause it's working so my prayers are with you and your mother, stay strong and continue to have faith because without that it can stress you out and keep your healing process down.and I'm doing very well.Smile
