    We made it!! Swung by and sppent the afternoon with my WonderPeeps!

    We went out to eat --- always a bit of a riot.

    We had man-on-man coverage, so we were OK. My SIL is to return from this mission early this week. I can't believe how much they've grown in a month......

    WB is really turning into a chatterbox. The twinsies are walking up a storm!!! So good to see them.

    Forty five years ago and right after graduating from college I came out here to San Diego from

    the East coast and rented a beach place, I mean right on the beach in Mission Beach..boy did we ever party...I threw my first kegger in 1964...those were the good old days

    I have a pic of DH & I from the Beach Camping trip.....

    I snitched it from my Sons Girl as I can't find our memory card....

    Why are DH & I the same Height?????

    Great pics Julz. Very clever to bury your DH in sand to make him short.

    I had a cousin that's really short and his wife is much taller than him. When they got married, they put him on a stool to be the same height as her. It was funny. Well......guess the height thing didn't work out.........they're divorced nowUndecided

    Julz... love the pics...you look like you had so much fun!!!

    I've been doing housework this a.m., eeks!  Don't tell mom...lol    I've already made dinner, some chicken chili and wash and blah, blah, blah.  I have first Taxotere tomorrow so trying to stay ahead of thngs...  fear of the unknown I guess, want things to be in order.  

    Hope all you beachettes are doing well, sending good vibes to all those that need them... I've been thinking alot about Kmmcraw...wonder how she's doing....

    This beach looks pretty lonely... who wants to join me???  Have a blessed day you all.

    Hey Arnie.....I'm at work, but I'll sure join you on the beach.

    I'll be thinking about you tomorrow. Is Taxotere the same as Taxol? If so, you'll do fine. Some people say its easier than the Red Devil. Just think, you're getting closer and closer to finishing up with that junk.

    Thanks Coonie Laughing  Hugs right back at ya!!!  I only have two rooms left!!! Running towards empty pretty quickly...but determined.  That's why I'm taking a break...  I shouldn't have read the Taxotere thread...I think that's what's making me nervous... I know everyone is different and hopefully I'll do ok on it.

    I'm putting some chairs and loungers by the beach....has anyone seen Sharon???  Where are ya Sharon... did you sleep in???

     C'mon gals...let's take a break...hehehe

    Now I wouldn't be able to do that little cube thing, but I DO love solitaire!!!

    I don't know where Sharon is today???? I've put out an APB for her. She's probably cleaning her house too. You know how she is.........clean clean clean.......but we won't tell mom on her either.

    I hope the meeting was able to take place too. Wouldn't that be so much fun? Maybe we can all meet some day!

    Try not to worry about Taxol. The main thing I had problems with was the fatigue. And I think because I had already had 4 AC treatments, just the added treatment made me more tired. I never threw up or had any other problems though. Well, once I did with blood pressure, but I think that was because I was so worried about the treatment.......LOL........so I guess I brough that on myself.

    Good luck girl and I'll be saying extra prayers for you. You're gonna do just fine!!!!!

    Sharon!  Are ya cleaning????  Please be cleaning...that way I won't be the only one mom will yell at....lol    I just finished...am done!  Yippppeeeeee!!! 

    I hope they were able to get together too, and are having fun!   Ohhhhh Coonie...we'll have to become prayer partners about all of us getting together someday....maybe Oprah would pay for it! !!  lol   I just know we would have a wonderful time...

    Awwhhhh yeah, we'll have to pray about that get together. Wouldn't that be the neatest thing for all the BC sistahs to be on Oprah!!!!!

    I've never made chicken chili, but I've eaten it. It's really good. Send me some, ok? Oh......I can't see you in the water, but I know you're there 'cause I see your footprints. Wish I was there with you. Maybe that's where Sharon is today. Somewhere on a beach, gazing at the waves and thinking about US.     LOL........yeah right.......if she was at a beach, I don't think she'd be thinking about us, do you? What time is your treatment tomorrow?

    Oh to spend the day at the beach! Spent the afternoon visiting my Mom. Doing much better, nasal/gastric tube came out to day ---she was VERY happy. Hope she will be home in a few days. Brought a picture book of Nantucket Island and a cd of ocean waves for her today. Use to vacation there as a child and we honey-mooned there.

    Hugs to all, even our missing sisters (prayers that all is ok), prayers to those starting or recovering from  treatments and surgery!

    Phewwww......Arnie, I sure am glad you found Sharon. I didn't want to have to bring out #32. I've got it in the shop getting a few things touched up in case we all decide to take a special trip soon.
