Diagnosed IDC and had mastectomy

Results from path report was pT2, N1, MX with ERpositive, PR negative, Her2/neu negative.  Tumore size was 3.5cm with negative margins.  Had one of seven lymph nodes positive for metastatic carcinoma which was remved during mastectomy of right breast.  Does any know about the Nottingham Scoring System?  My report states my grade was ll of lll on the report.  Also if anyone had this type of report what kind of treatment should I expect.  I see my onc on uly 10.  Had surgery on July 4.  Thanks for any help that anyone is able to share with me.

    Cajonlady, if my memory is correct, the Nottingram score is a tumor classification system. A II is an intermediate grade.   It is not the same as the cancer stage. There are 4 stages, I to IV and stages II and III having an a and b.  Hope this helps you.
