On Behalf of FLLoriK

I'm writing on behalf of my mother, who you knew as FLLoriK. She died in the early morning on Tuesday, June 23, 2009.
After our family came back from our cruise in Alaska, she showed a marked decline. Her abdomen filled with more fluid from her liver tumors. We also found out she had three small tumors on her brain. Within just a few days, she became disoriented and confused, and was admitted to the hospital on Sunday, June 21. Her liver was not functioning correctly and I believe that liver failure was the cause of her death, though I'm not entirely sure.
We will be holding her funeral on Tuesday, June 30 at 10:00 AM Eastern. I know she valued the community here and that you were a constant support for her. Our family thanks you for everything you helped her to understand and for the reassurance you provided to her. I'm not sure if this was the forum she posted on often, but I know she played games online with her friends, and I would appreciate if you could copy this message on the forums she frequented.
If you would like to contact our family, please email me at teagan.keating@gmail.com.
