Help me make my son smile (6/23-26)?
To my breast cancer sisters... can I ask you one small favor.. a second of your time... to maybe bring my son's smile back?
My 13 year old son Max has been through hell and back with me the last 6 months (I had a bilat and chemo, which ended in late March). As a celebration, we got tickets to Aerosmith on July 1st at Riverbend in Cincinnati. The band's fan site - Aeroforceone - is running a contest where the winner gets to meet the band and get a VIP upgrade. I have entered this contest (unbeknownst to Max) and I need your help just to VOTE for us. The most votes wins and there aren't that many entries... I can't tell you what it would mean to him and what it would mean to me to bring some JOY into his life after what we have all been through around here...
Can you help me? Who knows, maybe with all my bc sisters' help, we could win!! No worries on the link.. it's a legit fan site, legit contest.. all you have to do is click this link and click on the THUMBS UP icon at the end of the story - that's it!!!

I looked at a few of the people in the contest and they have some thumbs down too so I think some of the other contestants vote thumbs down on each other, which seems unfair and I hope it doesn't factor into who wins.

Just voted again and it's up to 242. I am with the other people wondering why would someone cast a negative vote. I sent the link on to about 30 people and hopefully they will vote.....don't often forward things or ask for favors, but told them all this was important.
