O Lord support us all day long, until the shadows lengthen and the evening comes, and the busy world is hushed, and the fever of life is over and our work is done. Then in thy mercy grant us a safe lodging , and a holy rest, and peace at last .Amen

what is really important.

I complete everything
that everyone else needs.
People don't have any
tolerance. But You, Lord
You're so patient.

God what am I doing?
Help me to get my
priorities straight.

I know You don't want
me to be unkind, but I can
let the answering
machine take my calls.

Help me to remember that
I will never be able to get
everything accomplished
at one time. Heal me of this workaholic drive.
Bathe everything I do
in the light of eternity and
bestow insight upon me so that
I may see and understand.

Please join me tonight as I offer a special prayer for Lori,Phil and their children in Regina,Saskatchewan,Canada.As a family they are facing some pretty rough challenges and I ask God in His wisdom to make Lori whole again.

Lord, thou knowest Lori and Phil's cares and their fears.Help them to turn them all over to thee, who hast promised to give rest to our souls. Grant to them a restful spirit and a peaceful mind, and in quietness and confidence and faith to find new strength . Thank you god for all You have given Lori, a caring husband and loving children.We pray for them as they come to terms with the challenges ahead.Amen

The supreme prayer of my heart is not to be learned, rich, famous, powerful, or "good", but simply to be radiant. I desire to radiate health, cheerfulness, calm courage, and good will. I wish to live without hate, whim, jealousy, envy, fear. I wish to be simple, honest, frank, natural, clean in mind and clean in body, unaffected - as ready to say "I do not know", if it be so, and to meet all men on an absolute equality - to face any obstacle and meet every difficulty unabashed and unafraid. I wish others to live their lives, too - up to their highest, fullest, and best. To that end I pray that I may never meddle, interfere, dictate, give advice that is not wanted, or assist when my services are not needed. If I can help people, I'll do it by giving them a chance to help themselves; and if I can uplift or inspire, let it be by example, inference, and suggestion, rather than by injunction and dictation. That is to say, I desire to be radiant - to radiate life.

My Prayer

Dear Lord, thank You for this day. Thank You for my being able to see and to hear this morning. I'm blessed because You are a forgiving and an understanding God. You have done so much for me and You keep on blessing me. Forgive me this day for everything I have done, said or thought that was not pleasing to you. I ask now for Your forgiveness.



Please keep me safe from all danger and harm. Help me to start this day with a new attitude and plenty of gratitude. Let me make the best of each and every day to clear my mind so that I can hear You. Please broaden my mind that I can accept all things. Let me not whine and whimper over things I have no control over. Let me continue to see sin through God's eyes and acknowledge it as evil. And when I sin, let me repent, and confess with my mouth my wrongdoing, and receive your forgiveness.



And when this world closes in on me, let me remember Jesus' example --to slip away and find a quiet place to pray. It's the best response when I'm pushed beyond my limits. I know that when I can't pray, You listen to my heart. Continue to use me to do Your will. Continue to bless me that I may be a blessing to others. Keep me strong that I may help the weak. Keep me uplifted that I may have words of encouragement for others. I pray for those that are lost and can't find their way. I pray for those that are misjudged and misunderstood. I pray for those who don't know You intimately. I pray for those that will delete this without sharing it with others. I pray for those that don't believe. But I thank you that I believe.



I believe that God changes people and God changes things. I pray for all my sisters and brothers. For each and every family member in their households. I pray for peace, love and joy in their homes that they are out of debt and all their needs are met. I pray that every eye that reads this knows there is no problem, circumstance, or situation greater than God. Every battle is in Your hands for You to fight. I pray that these words be received into the hearts of every eye that sees them and every mouth that confesses them willingly. Lord, I love you and I need you, come into my heart, please. This is my prayer. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

We need prayers for all the girls starting chemo and also having surgery , there seem to be more and more everyday . For the girls just being dx we ask for patience , peace and love from friends and family . For the girls well into their chemo and some who are finishing . Prayers for the husbands and children of BC wives and mothers .

Let knowledge grow from more to more
But more of reverence in us dwell ;
