Great pic Faith. Thank you for posting. You both are cutie patooties that's for sure.
-
awwwwwwwwwwwwwww. thanks Sharon -- from both of us.
Dream, she has a way of making every picture, everyone look their best.
It appears that the rain may have concluded. Still cozy in layers upon layers with fleece and hoodies. Hope to be able to get my bike back out and ride across the penninsula -- but I'm gonna let it warm up a tad first!
Hope that Coonie is able to join us shortly!!
Arnie, hoping the Mr. is also holding his own and improving by the hour.
Time for a beach rally this weekend!! Let's start making the plans.
Edited, cuz we've got a new page. (See what I've started. YIKES!)
This is the lighthouse in the state park just down the road. We took a tour of the inside on Sun. It was built in 1864. No blue sky, but the rain paused long enough for the picture.
Thinking of you WingGirl. Maybe they'd let you stay for a week, if you kept it tidy??
-
Faith and Saint great pic! Here's hoping it's a great day at the beach for everyone....

I'll be having my 4th AC today...so if I'm not on for a couple of days...don't worry... I'll just be in that "chemo fog" world we all know sooooo well.
Love and hugs to everyone... Janet

We will be with you in Heart....with the FOG.....& Keeping Dear Mr. Arnie under House Arrest......These days that has a Double meaning.....DR. HOUSE or the HOUSE you live in!

Hey Beachies!!! Loved looking at the pics of Faith and Saint!! Made me smile! Thanks!!!
Hello to everyone...........trying to get caught up and now I'm getting a little tired.
Can't wait to have a beach party.
This weekend? Is that what Faithie said?
(((((((((((((((((((((((((arnie)))))))))))))) so sorry about you and Mr. Arnie.........all here at the same
time. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Big hugs to everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Yes. Big Beach Party this weekend.
Arnie outta be outta the fog by then, Mr. Arnie stabalized AND COONIE RECOVERED!!
Party, Party, Party, Party.
Well beachies, I've officially worn myself out.
Worked for a couple of hours in my sun porch studio.
Then the two of us worked for over 3 hours attempting to reclaim our "yard." Made huge progress, but need about that much effort again -- a time or two to have it 'accomplished.'
THEN I took my bike out and rode 18.6 miles. There was virtually no wind today, which is unheard of up here, tho it was cold -- it was dry.
Just made my special, soupped up oatmeal for super.
Now it's time to cyber-space-out for the rest of the evening.
Big hugs to all in need.

Happy hump day!!
Jewels find us some appropriate pictures olease. -
Arnie.... I just rode my bike aross the peninsula to Lake MI.As I pulled into my destination the whole little bay was completely fogged in. This was @ 11:oo a.m.
Anyhow, since I was paused and catching my breathe -- I had ample time to say prayers on your behalf.
The place was deserted except for a sea gull -- that seemed like a good harbinger for your journey.
We've just picked up our little boat & are leaving it at the marina -- as I thumb type.
Hugs to all.
Coonie how are you holding up today?? -
Wow. It's quiet on the beach today. DH has gotten us lost and has resorted to looking at a map.LOL.
No big deal -- don't need to be anywhere. So much for GPS.
Anyhow, I'm still on my phone.
Just read a PM from Julz
Their DIL has had another set back, that includes hospitalization. This is the dear mommy to their baby grandson.
Things are just upside down and inside out.
I can read PMs but havn't learned how to respond on the phone,yet...
We need to extend our care and prayer circle to include this ongoing concern.
xx00xx00xx00xx -
Love all the pictures. Thanks for sharing.
-
I found another beach for us..in the Canadian Rockies..
-
Ah, Lisa! So good to see what you're capturing for us.
My new Canon suffered a devastating fall and is non-operational. We'll hope that it can be repaired.
Travel safely.
((((((((((((((((((((((((((Julz, Sarah and the whole family))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
-
Ok guys, I keep typing this and my laptop keeps crashing, Now I'm giving you the shortened version...
Julz's DIL is still in the hospital. The steriods they were giving her were not working so they switched to giving them to her orally. It seems to be working better. They are hoping she will be able to come home tomorrow. Julz would like to thank everyone for their prayers, they seem to be working! I think we should continue to pray for Jule and Sarah and the rest of the family. Not an easy time for them.
Now, I am going to hit submit and it better not crash!
-
Linda, it didn't crash.........continuing prayers for Julz's DIL.
-
Just turned on the computer for the first time today...... DH thinks that I need to break my cyber addiction -- not just BCO, but FB and the whole shooting match.
So I'm attempting to focus on some other of my various projects.
Oh, how I miss this place.
((((((((((((((((((((((Julz)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
and everyone else in need.
Arnie, I rode over to the bay again today. There wasn't even a glimpse of fog. I hope that means that it's clearing for you soon.

awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, Sharon, thanks for the encouragement..............
here's a pic I took earlier today --
I'm gonna set up the umbrellas for our beach party this weekend..... it's almost time!!
-
May I join you wonderful people?
-
Is there never a spare moment with nothing going wrong. Coonie, Arnies DH, now Julies DIL. Good heavens, the beach needs a break.
-
Of course Footie. Welcome back to the beach.
Yes Dream, there has been a lot of that eh? Time for us all to take a break I'd say.
-
-
Me too, Sharon. I think I will just wear shorts and a tank top to the beach party!
-
I threw out my bathing suits when I had my surgery...............in /06 and haven't had one since. I really should get one I suppose.
-
Wowowowowowowowow
Lot's of beach goers!!!!
Puting out the open invitation to beach bunnies, old & new for this weekend's party.
How about sundresses -- rather than bathing suits?
Of course Arnie can wear her bikini, or anything else she wants.
Hugs to all in need.......
xx00xx00xx00xx
Off for my bike ride. We're already in the sixties and it isn't even noon!! -
I'm dressed to party.
-
Beachies. I've just started a prayer thread for Saint. If you would be gracious enough to add your voices of support I would be forever indebted.
xx00xx00xx00xx
Julz we're continually praying for you, too!!
