Our Escape

Barbe.....my blood pressure is really strange. It goes way low......then way high. I'll be glad when it just levels out. Oh.....and I'm not bragging about our ER. I think I got there at 6PM and didn't get transferred to a room until 3AM. The only bed available was on the pediatric floor. I think I was on that floor for about 8 hours and I'm telling you it was the best care in the whole world. Nurses were wonderful. Then I was transferred "upstairs"........uggghhhhh
Hey Checkum.........I'm feeling stronger today, so trying to get the pennant worked out in my mind at least
Puuuleeeeeezzzeeeee don't expect too much
......hehe
Hey Linda....I love your red box. I can just picture in my mind whatever it is your posting:)
(((((((((((((((((((Arnie))))))))))))))) you've been on my mind so much. I hope you and Mr. Arnie are feeling ok today. Hope your day is non-eventful
........in a good kind of way.
Hey Hollyann......your escape sounds wonderful. I can close my eyes and picture it:)
Jo---------have you made next year's mountain plans yet? It's kinda funny.....I thought about you this week.......some country song (I think it's country) came to my mind........"wasted days and wasted nights"....... LOL.............I think the past 10 days of my life have been wasted...........oh wait........I've never had a hangover, but maybe that's why they call it wasted...........hehe
Lisa.........are you on vacation???? Your pic is beautiful, but they always are
Hey Julz............I can tell my tummy is getting some better. I looked at the food pics and they look delicious:)........you got a bowl of grits for now though? How is DS? Hope he's better.
Sharon:) I miss Wally!!! Can't you put him back on the www ?? pweeeze?
Big hugs to all the (((((((((((((Escapees))))))))))))

Coonie, so good so see you back and into the swing of things! My red box was actually a picture of my boat on a lake, my escape!
One more week of school left.......
-
Lisa - beautiful spot for an Escape
Makraz - How do you do that to get those big red boxes LOL ??? Hey school's almost our - and in 2 weeks you will be saying when does it start LOL
Coonie - Don't rush, don't feel pressured, just feel good that is all I want from you girlfriend!
Sharon - How the heck are ya?
I too am a low blood pressure type --- when I had surgery it actually went down to like 70/43
-
Checkum, the funny thing about the red box is, I can't see it. I see the picture I posted, but apparently no one else can. It was Squam Lake.
BTW, I am already asking when school starts again.
-
Red has always been my favorite colour!!!
-
This is what we see........lololo.
-
Nice
-
FYI ladies, just wanted to let you lnow that kmccraw (aka Kathleen) broke her shoulder, I think shattered was actually the word used and had surgery last week. A friend of hers posted something about it but some how the post was missed my me.
Apologies if you all knew already and it just me that missed this one
-
Sharon, eve when you copied it, I can still the picture. FREAKY!!
So sorry to hear about kmc, boy that sounds painful!!
-
Thanks for the update on Kathleen, was she doing something amazing like surfboarding? Or did she fall? That's gotta hurt!
-
It worked! I copied your red box to an Excel file here at work and now I have a nice picture of a boat at a dock on the water! Nice! I done good.
-
My puter is old Linda.........maybe that's the problem. But RED is still my favorite colour.
EWB..........I missed Kathleen's post too and I feel awful I didn't notice it. There is a thread she started........and of course I can't remember under which topic.......
-
I see red too!! No fair Barbe!! I wanna see the boat too
There's a thread for Kathleen under "Growing Friendships.....
-
The boat is in my garage. Why don't you all come over and check it out??
-
Are you the house with the mailbox in the front ?
-
I say it on a weird thread, can't remember where exactly, had to search for it. There is a new thread Support Group Reject, I can't speak for her but I think she was/is feeling frustrated because there was little support/concern about the injury and surgery...I think no one really knew...For me, I missed the post because it was somewhere that I don't usually read and didn't know. I feel awful!.

Yes, Coonie!!! You know the one!! It has some windows too, but don't worry, they're dirty!!! See that's why I need to Escape from the housework thread!!
-
Ok Linda! I know the one:)......there's some boys there too, huh?
-
Yes, that's the one. I keep trying to get them to leave but they kep coming back!
It's so good to have you back!
-
LOL........maybe some traps would work?
-
Goodnight Coonie. Get some rest and continue to feel better!
-
Hey, escapees.... With so much going on for so many -- here's a new, but ongoing concern:
Jewlz zent me a PM that her DIL, mommy to her GS is having many health issues -- as per last year. DIL in hospital.
J needs us to gather up our heavy duty prayers.
Arnie thinking of you & the Mr. Come back to us just as soon as you are able. -
Thanks for the info, Faith. Sending some prayers Jewlz's way.
Thinking of you too Arnie and Mr Arnie.
-
((((Jewlz)))))) Know that you & your DIL/GS are in my thoughts and prayers.
((((((Arnie & Mr. Arnie (DH - you pic the abbreviation
)))))) thinking of you also...
-
Morning Escapees.
Prayers and hugs for Julz's DIL and her family. And also to Mr. and Mrs. Arnie. Was there any news from Arnie yesterday? I wonder how chemo went?
Gentle hugs to all.
-
I haven't heard from Arnie. Hope she and Mr. A are doing OK. I told her to come right home from chemo and get in bed next to Mr. A. Hope fully they are both enjoying being sick and recovering together. Sounds strange, doesn't it? Hugs to all.
-
I know that last time arnie went to ground. (is that what they call it when an animal who is sick leaves the pack and hides somewhere to heal? if not, what I just said is what I mean. If you know what I mean. If you don't, please don't PM me, I think I can only say this once with conviction! heheheheh)
Julz DIL is now at the top of my prayer list, which has improved of late, thanks to Watson coming out of brain surgery and Coonie back home from the hospital! Woo hoo. Still too long a list for my liking, but that's okay.
-
I agree Barb. I have been reading the Watson thread. Too many of us are in need of prayers now. We all need t get healthy! We need to escape!!
-
Here Linda, this looks like a nice place to escape and relax. We can all take turns.
-
Perfect!! And no red X!
