What Dr do you visit to get checked??

After showering last week I looked in the mirror and noticed that one of my nipples (areola) was looking weird. I had a breast reduction almost 20 years ago, so the areola is not perfect... but just looked weird.

On one of my breasts the bottom part of the areola looks kind of a blur, like a blurry somewhat round bruise that is taking over the bottom part of the nipple. I'm not in pain, the nipple it self looks normal, my breast has not grown or its swollen... but I'm definitely worried. I had received this forward email at work with the link to a You Tube video explaining what IBC is; I recalled seeing the video breafly at work and I'm somewhat freaking out because it looks somewhat similar to one of the photos shown.

 Where do I go to have this checked... I've read emails advising that for testing they do a biopsi or a MRI, but what Doctor do I go to have this seen? Do I start with my OB and ask for a referral??

Please advise. Thank you!!

    Thank you Gg08 for your prompt answer to my questions. Today I felt shap pains here and there, but I'm not sure if it's that I'm freaking out and my mind is playing tricks on me.

    Either way I found a Breast Surgeon that has experience with IBC and its is well recognized; I set up an appt for a week from next Thursday. I do pay that it is not IBC.
