    I've been waiting for the sunset as I sit on my dune just up the beach.

    I have been thinking of each of you and wishing everyone stress free days ahead. 

    No pain whether physical, emotional or just plain old pains of daily routines that make us

    want to run to the beach * run down to the water and get our feet wet so that we can

    forget for awhile all the bothers or worries in our daily lives and concentrate of the joys.

    I'll be on the third stool to the left in the Sea & Shell Hut later if you want to rally.

    Lemonade on the house.  Crab cakes 5 pennies. Love and good wishes to ALL.

    your sleepy mind you will have a smooth night er day of zzzzzzz'zzzzz.

    Arnie.  Our guy won.  I am so happy * I know you are too. 

    The hut isn't much but it sure holds fun in the shade and sun times.

    DREAM!!! I don't really have any idea what's been going on, but I understand that you've been in the hospital?? And now you're home??

    Arnie. We got in last night. Safe and sound.

    Such a great milestone. YIPPEE-SKIPPEE.

    When I get myself this exhausted, it seems my sleep gets worse & worse. Nutty, huh?

    Hot flash wake-up call & just no falling back asleep, tho believe me I 'worked' at it.
