Target mastectomy products

Can anyone tell me how to access the mastectomy products Target sells on-line?  No matter what I type in I get a 'no results' response.  I know the site exists as I was on it a few weeks back.  Now when I'm ready to order, I'm unable to get in.  I don't remember what I originally typed to get there but I've tried all the obvious phrases.

They have bra's, cami's, swimsuits, and prostetics of all kinds.  The prices are cheaper.  I think they may have some tank tops too.  It is a good deal...........  I just can't figure out why I'm not able to call it up.

When I went to Target.com, then clicked "women's" then clicked "intimates" there were no mastectomy products there.  So I went up to the search box and typed mastectomy.  It gave a list of sites that sell mastectomy products but nothing said Target.  Could it be you clicked on one of those sites?

Well you know, it was one of the gals on this site that told me about Target.  And I'm pretty darn sure that's where I went to find it.  It seemed initially I had a hard time getting in but I finally found the items.  I don't know........ maybe it is a different site but Target is the brand.  I guess I'll keep looking.  Thanks for your help.

I think many of the Target products that people have mentioned are not designed specifically for mastectomies but just happen to be useful. There are $7 breast enhancers, for instance, that for some of us with modest aspirations for our bosoms find good substitutes for prostheses. And I've snipped a slit in a two-layer sports bra from Target to hold those same enhancers in place. Maybe Target does have an actual mastectomy line, but I'm guessing people are referring to products like these.

Thanks nagem.......... and I know what you mean about modest aspirations, ha!  And yes, I've seen the enhancers you are talking about but I still believe somewhere out there there is another site.  I was ready to order the cami's and they were made for breast forms.  I'm hoping to find the thread where the gal talked about Target and I can send her a message.  If I do find anything, I'll let  you gals know.  Thanks for the sports bra idea though.

Gitane, when you typed in mastectomy in the search box, are you talking about the Target search?  When  I type mastectomy in I get nothing.  Are you talking about typing it in a google or yahoo website?

I'd be very surprised if they sold anything specific.

But they do have  alot of things that are useful and since they aren't mastectomy-specific the price doesn't get jacked up.

A lot of gals here also like walmart for stretch leisure type bras. Those aren't mastectomy-specific but for $8 you can sure use 'em.

If you aren't successful with Target, I have ordered amoena cami and bras from www.thepinkbra.com and have found them to be very customer service oriented.  they have mastectomy products.  also, the bra I found comfortable right now I ordered  from there and it was on sale for $17, so things do go on sale at that site.

I did find the products online at Target.  I don't remember the exact path but I used the choices on the left of the page.  If you don't find it, you could try JC Penney.  Someone gave me a catalogue of Mastectomy products.  1.800.932.4115 or www.jcpenney-jodee.com . She has purchased from them for many years.  I can not comment on any of the products or service since I have decided to go flat.  Although I may get something to wear for swimming.  Just have not decided what to do yet.
