Awwhhhh....cute pic Linda. hehe
Hey Checkum......I've bought the bandanas, but I haven't done anything with it yet. What date do you need them? I'm almost embarrassed to put my name on mine:) hehe
-
Faith- You get PAID to sing piggy raps!??
-
Coonie, don't be embarrassed! I can only imagine what mine is going to look like. I ordered some fabric off the internet cuz I couldn't find any local that I liked. I found pink ribbon fabric and will make my banana bandanna pennant out of that. Problem is, I don't sew well! The good thing is we are making them!!
-
Hey Linda....I don't even have a sewing machine
I bought some of that iron on stuff though. Mine will probably be the one laying on the ground and being walked all over
-
Funny we're all talking about this cause I found my bandana today!!!
It is all Canadian flags...now, to make it a banner......
-
I need them by the end of June so I can figure out what I have and how I am going to put it all together. Don't worry - mine will be quite a work of ? also...
-
Coonie the piggies get to lay around all summer and enjoy strawberries and all kinds of good stuff... don't worry they are very happy pigs right now. And- um -- It is getting so that I really like knowing what is in my food and where it is coming from these days.
-
Nice cow slippers Makraz...LOL
OH--- and guess what ---- I checked witht he 3 day staff for Boston (cause they do an opening/closing ceremony) I asked how they pick the Survivors that get to be in the "inner circle" LOL --- I might get to do it YEAHHHHH!!!!!
-
Good for you Checkum! You will be a movie star too!
-
Checkum moves to HOLLYWOOD!! wooohooooot
-
-
Yes, Elaine.
I do get paid for singing piggy raps.
Honest-to-goodness.
One of my biggest hits, actually!
(That's exactly what my children think, BTW -- LOL!!)
-
Oh but you sing them so well, Faith!
-
I think I'm just going to send my materials for the banana pendent
Checkum. You can staple it on to the string. Congrats on being a celeb.
How are the piggies doing? I think they should be named Coonie and Sharon51, THEN lets see how they taste in the fall.......hehehehehe. (And please, could I be the skinnier pig?
)
-
Might as well send you mine too then Checkum. I also thought that if you took the bandana and folded it over the twine and just stapled below the fold it would be a very impressive banner! What d'ya think?
-
LOL --- no I am not changing there names Sharon. Geeee thanks girls - just send me fabric and staples -- this should be an interesting project LOL
-
Checkum, it should be easy! You just have to bring a stapler. That way you won't have any frayed ends or stiff banners. Are you serious or kidding? Sharon...whad'ya think?
-
HAHAHAHAHHAHA
LOVE the Christmas pigs. I'm a pork eater Checkum, send me some!
-
Did y'all notice the Father picture in the first comic? hhehehehehehe
-
-
Aharon, you crack me up! You want to be the skinnier pig!! I would too!
Checkum, what if we folded the fabric over and along the top edge, put string or yarn or something that is longer than the penant so that you could just tie them together? Does that make sense? I tried to draw it below. LOL!!

OOoooooo, good idea Linda! I just hate cutting into this bandana, as when it is folded corner to corner it makes a very impressive flag!
-
Barb, you can just fold the bandana over the string. See how talented I am. 6 years as a Boyscout Den leader has taught me how to sew without actually sewing! LOL
-
Okay, well between pigs and pennants I've been feeling a lot of pressure.
So I took the flippin material and cut a triangle!! Now DH has his acrylic paints out to see how we can paint my name on (in VERY small print:)) Next I've got to put this (hideous) bright pink trim on it. So I guess I'll haul out the sewing machine.........can't find the stapler
I wish I could post pics because I think it'll be good for a laugh. Thankfully I'll have to do it later since I have to go to the the MT this morning. Then my arm will be wrapped till tomorrow so no sewing for a while. Please stand by for updates.....hahahahaha.
I must confess, I eat pork too
. Home grown would be VERY tastey and WAY healthier.
-
Morning Escapees.... morning chores done...I'm ready for an escape!!!
-
Maybe here.....yep looks good!!
-
Arnie, I don't like seeing grass near a beach. To me, it's either one or the other! In that picture SOMEONE has to mow the lawn. Now, I LOVE mowing the lawn, but not by a beach! Go figure....
-
Here you go Barbe.... no lawn!!! lol
-
Well thanks Sharon for wanting to be the SKINNY pig!! So I guess that means I get eaten first, huh???
Well, you'll have to watch and see what you have to look forward to
I'm fixing to shower and escape to the oncologist office. That's such a GREAT escape:) NOT!!!
(((((((((((((hugs ya'll))))))))
