Julz and Faith, I am loving the pic you posted! I'm guessing you had a great time in Bloomsburg! Julz, I'm sorry but DH says I should call you my sweet little Munchkin!!!! LOL!
-
Hey Mary-Lou, so glad you dropped in. And you too Biker. It's so neat to have some beachies get together.............I mean a "real" get together. I could see the joy on their faces. Would have given anything to be there! So glad you all had a wonderful time!!! Enjoy the evening ladies.

-
Attempting to get caught up all around here......
Have read some here & there.
Biker, next time in PA I'm hoping that you can join our happy-fun-time.
Sending prayers to Julz and her whole family today.
((((((((((((((((((((((((((((Julz & Mr. Julz))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
It was so much fun to meet!! I'm so grateful for Julz' willingness to drive so much in one day -- to make it happen!
Beachies. I've gotta tell ya, that woman is one of the 'best huggers' that I've ever had the privilige of being hugged by..... and I've had some great hugs.
We got home last night just before turning into pumpkins..... so we got to sleep in our own bed.
The conference was awesome. Simply awesome.
***Oh and the breakfast at the B&B was outta this world. Apple walnut muffins as big as a plate and blueberry cake were two of my favorites -- and yes, I had some of each. LOL.
-
Faith, it sounds like you guys had the best time. It's nice that Mr. Faith was able to join you. I can't believe how much driving Julz did either. That woman was determined!!!
Hi Coonie. Yup, I ride in from time to time, lol.
-
Faith and Julz. It's so great you all got to get together and have the most fun time as Faith wrote above. The drive was probably beautiful this time of year. The hug sounds comfy.
Thanks for sharing Faith. : )
Julz. Are you rested up. You probably need a nice massage.
Ditto what coonie said. XOXO.
-
Hey Beachies............it's good to see you all. Hey Sahalie and Biker. It'd be neat if all the sisters could get together for a REAL beach shin dig.....wouldn't it? I think there would be some laughter and splashing going on:) So glad Julz and Faith got together. I love seeing the big smiles and Julz.........you do look like you give great hugs!!!!!!! hehe.
Hope you all are having a great Friday! Hope everyone has a blessed Mother's Day too!!
Even if you're a mom to a doggus, kitty, racoon......hehe
-
Coonie... I love the way you think! It would be so much fun to put faces to the names
To all the beachettes... hope you have a wonderful weekend! I'm a mom, grandma and mom to pets...lol
-
Hey Arnie.....How's Lilah? I've been thinking about her ALL DAY!!
-
Thanks Coonie... we got to see her when dd picked up gs. The only remnants are on her arms, hands and feet... and she's back to being "little miss diva" lol She's on steroids and other meds for 9 days. Soooooooooo good to see her being herself again!
-
Great!!! Sit down and relax. I've fixed you a glass of tea

-
I'll set up the other chairs in case the others decide to pop in....

-
COONIE.... simply breathtaking and that tea looks wonderful! Thanks!!!
How's that pool looking... out of the green category yet???
-
Ooohhh it's in between the top and bottom (hehe) When the cover first came off.......it looked just like sewer..........ewwwww, but it's looking better. I've been brushing and brushing today. I'm gonna post a before and after once it gets to its pretty blue color:) Then all of you can come take a dip:)

Hi Beachies.....
My Day was Much like this today.....

Surrounded by Family & Friends & Filled With Many Hugs of Remembrance.....
For Today Was the Day We Celebrated My MIL's Life.....
Thank YOU ALL for Your Kind Caring Words....
Janny Babes.....I Was Bound & Determined!!!! I Needed the Day to Regroup as I Knew what was in Store for the Coming 2 Days....Your Little Muchkin All the Way!

Sahalie.....The Ride was Awesome on the Way up! Beautiful, Cool Sunny Breezes for a good part of my Trip. Spring Budding All Over! But the ride on the Way Back Was Very Nerve Racking.....As I Was Met with RAIN....& Your Favorite FOG....It wasn't my Favorite that night....& admitting I do not like driving with Tractor Trailers those big things Scare me. I have NEVER in my Life Driven more than 1 1/2 hours from my house by My self....NEVER! Well I did it by the Grace of God Coming Back as the trip was Well Over 3 hours....With No Less An Angel Truck Driver Leading the Way for Most of the Trip as he did not speed like all the others that passed us on the High Way....& Even did Well Under the Speed Limit....Some How I think he was sent My Way to Light My Path & Some How I was Not so Afraid....At Ease some How! Strange as it must Seem! To Top it all off I was Following the GPS with No Map in my Hand to Guide Me....& DID not have a Clue where I was but Some where in the Middle of PA With No End in Sight for 2 Hours! Guided by BLIND FAITH that I would some how get there in One Piece Safe & Sound! LOL! Truly Liberating to Know I CAN DO IT!
Coonie.....I Love to Give HUGS.....That's Just My Nature....In fact I have always been that Way! I'm a Little Mother Hen!
Faith.....I Really Needed Your Hugs Back & So enjoyed Giving in Return! Today Was Truely Awesome.....I was So Proud of My Wonderful DH & Son's.....My DH Served for His own Mother's Mass as a Eucharistic Minister....He Helped to Guide the Alter Boys & Girl....the boys were our 2 youngest son's.....the girl being his Niece (she never served before but wanted to for her own Grandmother. He is the teacher for our Church of all alter server's). Then My Youngest Son lead the first reading. Other Grandchildren also said the other readings & 6 or so Grands got up to Say the Prayers of the Faithful. My BIL...(DH's Brother) a Wonderful Tenor Sang the Ave Maria & Led the Songs through the Mass. My SIL...(DH's Sister)....Was the Organist. Another Sister Wrote & Read a Wonderful Tribute about her Mother. The Oldest Grand Daughter Played the Trumpet at the Service as well.....Sorry I am going on but You can Clearly See that the WHOLE Family had participated in the Service In Some Way In More Ways than Most Do Under such circumstances! It was a Testament to What a Wonderful Mother she was.
OK I seem to have blabbed enough....But the Day was JUST SO...................FULL!
I did think of YOU ALL in the quiet Moments of Prayer, giving thanks for the Special Friends & Needs of those that I have met through here!
((((((((((((((((((((((((((((GIVING GIGANTIS HUGS BACK TO ALL))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Beauty for EWB.....

Looking forward to a Furture Time to Meet with You!

-
Julz. Thanks for sharing the details of your day. Your family is very talented indeed -- what a loving tribute for a mother to have..... such a send-off.
Pool party!!
So good to see EVERYONE splashing beachside today.
We're just home from seeing the new Star Trek movie. We happened to see it on the 'ULTRA' screen -- as big as a skyscraper and a gazillion times as loud as a normal sized theatre. It was really quite well done and we both enjoyed it.
Hope everyone has a glorious evening.
P.S. Did ya notice we're about to launch page 400???
Time for a big party, for certain. -
Faith...... & Counting....

-
Shall we bring out the baloon dresses? Or something less formal?
-
I'm kinda feeling a little green tonight..........how's this look?

-
COOOOOONIE!!!!
I just read my late afternoon email. Are you ready????? Sitting down?
I've just gotten a tentative inquiry for me to come to Louisiana!!!!
-
Good to hear Lilah is better!
BTW, I'll take the pink chair and an ice tea!
Hope you all had a great day at the beach. Busy day with the boys for me.
-

Makraz... thanks...yeah she's back to her little "diva" self...lol
Was it soccer yesterday???? -
Morning beachie babes!!
It's an awfully gloomy looking Sat morning, here at my actual 'beach' patio --
so I'll have to frolic in the virtual lovliness that's here.
Just one of the reasons that I adore this place.
Our founder, Angel, had such a brilliant idea.
It's always 78 degrees here with a balmy breeze blowing.
But of course it's the company that makes this place special.
Have a great beachie-day peeps.
-
Geez Louise. I can't keep a thought in this swiss cheese for a minute.
Yes Arnie. I have a gazillion links.
Two web sites and a blog.
My blog has that one minute video clip that was filmed a couple weeks ago.
My blog address is my tagline, below.
Then, look in the right hand column to hear/see the Goldie video....
VERY young children with special needs.
(I didn't know she was filming -- so just business as usual.)
All happy, all the time.

NEXT January. 2010. Sounds like a million years away right now.
They haven't even told me where it's to be......
I searched on line and last year's event was in Baton Rouge.
How far are you from there???
-
I'm only 2 hours but it's an easy drive and I'll be there
