Since I am a BRCA carrier, it may not have been able to help there.....who knows, there are a lot of questions jet to be answered on diet vs. cancer. Good to see though, there are constant reseach going on, so may the future be informative and bright

Sheesh, years ago I was told NOT to drink coffee as it CAUSED breast lumps!
-
Yah..there is something in caffeine that causes breast lumps..fibroids..but I was reassured by my surgeon (as I am a coffee addict) that caffeine did not cause breast cancer....
Then we entered into the conversation about alcohol consumption and the risk of breast cancer.....She did tell me to lay off the wine (I am a wine addict as well)...lol...told me to have a glass of wine on special occasions....apparently wine and all alcohol has an impact on the estrogen levels in your body...
I then asked her if the weekend was a special occasion......!!! lol
Hugs...Kosh
