Confused please help

I posted last week regarding a rash on my breast.  I had breast cancer five years ago, about a week and a half ago I noticed a rash (red and purple, like I hit it on something but didn't) in various areas on the breast I had cancer in.  I called the doctor and his nurse told me that breast cancer, inflammatory breast cancer does not present this way.  I was told to wait two weeks and call if it was not gone.

I had two cancers.  After I finished treatment for my breast cancer I was dianosed with pancreas cancer.  I had the whipple surgery and I have been almost four years without it coming back.  This week I had my check-up for the pancreas cancer and all scans were clear but the CA19-9 tumor marker had risen (still normal but had gone up).  I showed the doctor my breast and he sent me to a skin doctor who told me I either had non-typical singles (because I don't  have pain or blisters) or breast cancer.  With the rise in the marker he was thing breast cancer.  So I have an appoitment next week with my breast doctor.

I am so upset and confused.  What tumor markers are associated with inflammatory breast cancer?  Can this be, I don't know what to think?
