Are most of Grade 2 tumor pleomorphic?

I forget from where I read these, how about you girls? Are most of you with grade 2 tumor actually pleomorphic?

    I don't think mine was pleomorphic but am a grade 2.

    My radiology oncologist (that I interviewed and opted out of for bilateral mx) said that grading is done by adding up a score for various features of the tumor.  This is why more lobulars are grade 2 and grade 3.
