I know someone who went to "Cancer Treatment Centers Of America" when all her options in conventional chemo was used up.  She tried rattlesnake venom.  Unfortunately, she lost her battle with cancer.  I'm not sure how it works and she did not have breast cancer.  She had liver cancer.  Just wanted to chime in though to share that I did know someone who tried this.

I don't know anything about rattlesnake, but met a lady who is a 4 year lung cancer survivor who takes "snake Oil" that she buys in the Tampa area somewhere.  I'll tell you what.... I am open to alternative therapies if they make sense to me.  I do think it is important to strive for the quality of life we have perhaps more than the cure.

Just keep in mind, CTCA also does traditional theraies for cancer, but complimentary therapies as well.  My friend went there and they did recommend chemo and rads for her... which she declined..... 11 years ago!  She went holistic and used her own resources for changing her life style and diet, etc.

As with most other alternative cures, all we have to go on is anecdotal. Every woman has to decide for herself, but we have to be careful.

My husband heard a talk on the radio a couple of months ago about snake bite symnptoms etc. He said to me, "Some of the suymptoms sound like the side effects of your chemo." He was right. They were talking about viper poisoning (we're in Israel and that's the most common poisonous snake here) but I wonder if research is being done on snake venom for chemo or other medical uses. Wouldn't surprise me.
