joints aches

I finished chemo the end of dec,and radiation 2 weeks ago .The last few weeks at nightime my whole body feels like i have arthritis.A knee will hurt then later i roll over and my hip aches,then later my shoulder aches.I work out 3 to 4 times a week to try and keep my body in shape,but night time is hard ,i have changed beds a couple times doesnt make a different.Is this happening to any one else.

    I think it is normal. We have had so much poison put into our bodies that I guess it has to manifest somewhere.  I ache also.  I hope it will eventually go away.  If not I plan to see my doc about it.  Here's hoping you get a good nights sleep.  Tami

    ddb ~ I'm going through the same thing -- hard to get comfortable at night, and usually have to change positions after a few minutes.  Then, in the a.m., it seems to take me about 2 hrs.of being awake to feel good enough to get out and walk/run (my main exercise right now).  My last chemo was in October, and I finished rads in February.  I'm so tired of feeling achey all the time, and I know my DH is tired of seeing me hurting.   Deanna
