Do young women get higher grade and Her2?

Would like to know what the young women's grade and Her2 (0, 1+, 2+ or 3+) are? Guess the BC cells are more aggresstive for young women under/around 40?

    You can find stats on the under 40 crowd at www.youngsurvival.org I was grade three and highly her2 +++ when I was dx at 26. I think its a pretty good mix though of stats with all my young BC friends---

    what really sucks, is that usually doctors dont take young women seriously, and many young women are diagnosed in later stages.....

    You can have HER2+ and any grade at any age.  They are finding though that young women need to be treated more agressively. Grade 3 is the most aggressive, grade 1 the least.  Tami

    Ya older women might have high grade and HER2, but my question is within young women's group, does everyone have high grade/HER2+? Or lots of them have grade 1 and HER2-? guess young women's metabolism is faster?

    QAnna, my tumor was Grade 2, HER2 negative. I was 38 at diagnosis. My mom was diagnosed at 62 with Grade 3, HER2+++, and died of her disease. There are no absolutes with bc.
