Extensive Lymphovascular Invasion?

Hi there, after my mastectomy this was one thing my path report said. 'Extensive Lymphovascular Invasion? Can anyone explain this to me? I can't seem to find very much information about it. Thanks. Anji

It means that cancer cells were seen "extensivly" throughout the lymph system (blood chanels).
